Total control of fueling and inventory in real time
Automate every fueling, eliminate fraud, and gain complete visibility of your fuel with technology installed directly on the pump.

Everything you need to control your station
From pump to report, every fueling step is automatically recorded to eliminate losses and fraud.
Tank Monitoring
How much fuel do I have right now?
Track volume, capacity, and percentage of each tank in real time. Level sensors show exact inventory and the last calibration performed.
- Real-time volume and percentage
- Calibration history
- Low stock alerts
Fueling Control
Who fueled and how much did they take?
Each fueling is automatically recorded with date, time, volume, amount, and responsible person. Allows manual entry and editing when needed.
- Automatic pump recording
- Manual entry and editing
- Digital pump calibration
RFID Tag Identification
How to control who fuels?
RFID tags identify vehicles and operators by proximity. Define who is authorized to fuel, how much they can take, and at which pumps.
- Tags for vehicles and operators
- Per-pump permissions
- Unauthorized access blocking
Smart Reports
How to prove expenses?
Fueling reports, consumption averages, inventory, and level sensor data. Filter by period, vehicle, operator, or pump and export to PDF and Excel.
- KM per liter average
- Complete inventory report
- PDF and Excel export
Stock Alerts
How to avoid running out of fuel?
Set up alerts for when the tank reaches a minimum volume or critical percentage. Receive notifications in the system and via email.
- Alert by volume or percentage
- Real-time notification
- Prevents operation downtime
Tracking Integration
Was the vehicle actually at the station?
The system automatically cross-references fueling data with vehicle location, validating whether it was actually at the station at that moment.
- Location validation
- Fraud elimination
- Single integrated platform
How it works in practice
In 5 simple steps, your station will be automated and fraud-free.
Installation
The equipment is installed directly on the fuel pump and configured via Wi-Fi, with no need to replace pumps.
Identification
The operator scans their identification tag and then the vehicle tag. The system automatically recognizes who is fueling.
Data Entry
Odometer, hour meter, pump, and other data are entered via the equipment keypad before releasing the pump.
Fueling
The pump is released and the equipment counts liters in real time. When finished, data is saved and sent via Wi-Fi.
Complete Management
All data is available on the platform to generate reports, configure alerts, and integrate with other systems.

Why is AirSeg automation different?
Technology installed directly on the pump, no construction, no equipment replacement. Results from day one.
Equipment on the pump
We install our hardware directly on the fuel pump, compatible with most models on the market. No need to replace pumps or do major construction.
Differentiator: Works with electronic and mechanical pumps through adapter kits. Free technical evaluation.
RFID Tag Identification
Each vehicle and operator receives an identification tag. Simply tap the equipment to release fueling. No typing, no errors, no fraud.
Differentiator: Single-use tags available for visitor or unregistered vehicles, maintaining control even for third parties.
Digital pump calibration
Calibrate pump accuracy directly through the system, without physical adjustments. Compare recorded volume with the totalizer and correct digitally.
Differentiator: Eliminates the need to call a technician to calibrate pumps. Adjustment done in seconds via the platform.
Wi-Fi transmission
All fueling data is sent in real time via Wi-Fi to the platform. No cables, chips, or complex infrastructure.
Differentiator: Works with your station's existing Wi-Fi network. Clean and fast installation, no infrastructure work.
Real remote support
Most issues are resolved via remote access, without waiting for an on-site visit. Our team accesses the equipment and resolves it immediately.
Differentiator: Support by phone, WhatsApp, and remote access. Fast resolution to keep your operation running.
Full tracking integration
The system automatically cross-references fueling data with vehicle location, validating whether it was actually at the station.
Differentiator: Single platform: same login, same interface. Fueling and tracking integrated without separate systems.

Questions about automation
Answers to the most common questions about our fuel station automation system.
How does equipment installation work?
The equipment is installed directly on the fuel pump and configured via Wi-Fi. It is compatible with most electronic and mechanical pumps on the market. Our team provides a free technical evaluation, and installation takes an average of 2 hours per pump.
Do I need to replace my fuel pumps?
No. Our system is compatible with most electronic pumps through communication interfaces. For very old pumps, we offer adapter kits. You don't need to invest in new pumps to automate your station.
How do the tags identify vehicles and operators?
Each vehicle and operator receives a unique RFID tag. At the time of fueling, the operator scans their tag and then the vehicle tag. The system automatically recognizes and links the fueling to the correct vehicle and driver, with no typing required.
Can I enter fuelings manually?
Yes. In addition to automatic recording via the pump equipment, the system allows manual entry and editing of fuelings through the web platform. Useful for exceptional cases or necessary adjustments.
Does the system integrate with tracking?
Yes, and this is one of the biggest differentiators. The system automatically cross-references fueling data with vehicle location, validating whether it was actually at the station at that moment. This eliminates phantom fueling fraud.
How does digital pump calibration work?
Through the platform, you compare the volume recorded by the system with the pump's physical totalizer and digitally adjust the accuracy. No need to call a technician or make mechanical adjustments. The process takes seconds.
Is there a low stock alert?
Yes. You can configure alerts by minimum volume or critical percentage for each tank. When fuel reaches the defined value, the system sends real-time notifications so you never run out of stock.
Can I manage multiple stations in the same system?
Yes. The platform allows you to register and manage multiple stations, each with its own pumps, tanks, vehicles, and operators. All with the same login, with consolidated or individual reports per station.
